When Should You Reserve Your Senior Portrait Experience?
The Best Time to Begin Planning Senior Portraits
Senior year fills quickly.
Between school, athletics, activities, work, college planning, graduation events, and family commitments, it’s easy for the calendar to become crowded before families realize it.
Beginning early gives us time to design a Portrait Experience that feels personal rather than rushed.
Reserve Four to Six Weeks Ahead
For most families, reserving at least four to six weeks in advance provides enough time for:
• A personal Design Consultation
• Wardrobe and styling preparation
• Location and creative planning
• Coordinating sports, activities, vehicles, or meaningful personal details
• Scheduling around school and family commitments
• Planning the finished artwork
Spring and fall dates are especially popular and may require additional lead time.
Why Planning Matters
A Legacy Luxe Senior Portrait Experience isn’t built around a generic shot list.
I take time to learn about your senior’s personality, interests, accomplishments, and style. Together, we’ll decide what the portraits should communicate and how your family would love to enjoy them after graduation.
Thoughtful planning helps every location, wardrobe choice, and creative detail contribute to the final story.
What Happens After the Portrait Experience?
Afterward, I prepare the gallery with professional exposure, color, and image-consistency adjustments.
Your family then returns to the studio for a Design & Ordering Appointment. We’ll select the portraits that matter most and design an Artwork Collection that may include Signature Wall Art, an Heirloom Album, Family Gift Collections, and Matching Digital Portraits.
After you make your selections, I personally complete the Final Artistic Retouching on every chosen portrait.
Don’t Wait Until the Calendar Is Full
Senior year only happens once.
Beginning early gives your family more flexibility, more creative options, and time to enjoy an experience designed around your senior’s story.

Bold. Dramatic. Unforgettable.
