🗓️Booking & Availability
How far in advance should I reserve my Portrait Experience?
We recommend reserving four to six weeks in advance for the best selection of dates. Spring and fall availability often fills first.
Is a retainer required?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and ensure that time is held exclusively for your family. The exact retainer terms and inclusions are provided with the booking information for your selected Portrait Experience.
What if I need to reschedule?
We allow one complimentary reschedule when at least 72 hours’ notice is provided. Additional rescheduling may require a fee.
🎓 Senior Portraits
What makes the Legacy Luxe Senior Portrait Experience different?
I personally plan, photograph, and artistically finish every selected portrait. Each experience is thoughtfully designed around your senior’s personality, interests, accomplishments, and style—combining bold lighting, personal direction, and an artwork-first process from consultation through delivery.
Can my senior bring meaningful items or plan multiple outfits?
Absolutely. Sports equipment, musical instruments, vehicles, awards, uniforms, and other meaningful details help tell your senior’s story. We’ll plan wardrobe and personal elements together during the Design Consultation so everything feels intentional and cohesive.

What’s included in a headshot session?
Our headshot sessions include a pre-session consultation, professional lighting setup, guided posing, and a selection of retouched images. We offer both in-studio and on-location options for individuals and teams.
Can you accommodate large teams or events?
Yes! We regularly work with businesses and organizations across Lebanon and surrounding areas. Custom quotes are available for group sessions, branding shoots, and corporate events.
Do you offer branding or lifestyle imagery for professionals?
We do. If you're looking to elevate your online presence with more than just a headshot, we offer branding sessions that include environmental portraits, workspace imagery, and storytelling visuals.
🖼️ Artwork & Delivery
When will we view our portraits?
We generally schedule your Design & Ordering Appointment within approximately two weeks of your Portrait Experience. Before the appointment, I prepare your gallery with professional exposure, color, and image-consistency adjustments so your portraits are ready to be enjoyed and reviewed together.
When is Final Artistic Retouching completed?
After you select the portraits for your Artwork Collection, I personally complete the Final Artistic Retouching on every image you choose. This detailed finishing prepares each selected portrait for your custom artwork and its Matching Digital Portrait.
What types of artwork do you offer?
We offer Signature Wall Art, Fine Art Canvas, Statement Metal Artwork, Museum Acrylic Artwork, Heirloom Albums, and Family Gift Collections. I’ll guide you through selecting the presentation, scale, and design that best complement your portraits and your home.
Can I purchase only Digital Portraits?
Digital options vary by Portrait Experience and Artwork Collection. Matching Digital Portraits are included as specified with qualifying artwork purchases and collections. Our process is designed around creating lasting, tangible artwork, with digital portraits complementing the pieces your family will enjoy in your home.

Where is the studio located?
Legacy Luxe Studio is located at 116C W Commercial Street in Lebanon, Missouri. Directions and arrival details are provided before your appointment.
What should we wear?
We’ll help you plan clothing during your consultation. Coordinated tones, solid colors, layers, and rich textures photograph beautifully. Avoid busy patterns and prominent logos unless they’re meaningful to your story or professional brand.
Do you photograph outside the studio?
Yes. I create portraits in the studio and at select outdoor or on-location settings when they support the creative vision. Travel fees may apply to locations outside the Lebanon area.
Will you help us pose?
Absolutely. I’ll guide you through every pose, expression, and adjustment. You never need to arrive knowing what to do in front of the camera.
What happens during the Design & Ordering Appointment?
We’ll enjoy your prepared portrait gallery together, select the images that best tell your story, and design an Artwork Collection for your home or office. After you make your selections, I personally complete the Final Artistic Retouching on every portrait you choose.
