Become the Face of Legacy Luxe Studio: Junior & Senior Ambassador Program
We’re selecting a small group of high-school juniors and seniors who are positive, involved, reliable, and ready to express what makes them unique.
As a Legacy Luxe Ambassador, you’ll participate in an editorial Portrait Experience personally planned and photographed by me. Together, we’ll create styled concepts, celebrate this chapter of your high-school story, and preserve the experience through bold portrait art—all while representing our family-owned luxury portrait studio.
No modeling experience or specific “look” is required. We’re looking for personality, creativity, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm for the Legacy Luxe experience.
What We Look For in an Ambassador
Active & Involved
You’re engaged in your school or community through athletics, theater, music, student leadership, clubs, volunteering, work, or meaningful personal interests.

You communicate well, honor commitments, meet program deadlines, and represent yourself and Legacy Luxe Studio with kindness and professionalism.

You’re comfortable sharing your Ambassador experience and finished portraits naturally through social media and personal connections.

You agree to represent Legacy Luxe Studio exclusively for your senior portraits during your graduation year.

You don’t need modeling experience, a large social-media following, or a specific “look.” I select Ambassadors based on personality, reliability, creativity, involvement, and genuine enthusiasm for representing Legacy Luxe Studio.

Your Ambassador experience is designed to feel intentional from the first detail—including what you wear.
Legacy Luxe Studio proudly partners with Perennial Trends Boutique, a locally owned boutique offering fashion-forward pieces that complement my bold lighting and editorial portrait style.
Every accepted Ambassador receives a $100 shopping credit toward purchases at Perennial Trends Boutique. This gives each student an opportunity to select clothing or accessories that reflect their personality and support the creative vision for their Ambassador portraits.
How We’ll Prepare
• I’ll help develop the creative direction for your Ambassador Editorial Portrait Experience.
• We’ll discuss wardrobe, color, texture, styling, and how each choice will photograph.
• Your Ambassador will receive a $100 shopping credit to use toward purchases at Perennial Trends Boutique.
• Boutique selections can be incorporated into the Ambassador’s planned portrait wardrobe.
• Ambassadors may have opportunities to participate in collaborative Legacy Luxe Studio and Perennial Trends Boutique content.
The $100 shopping credit is included with the Ambassador Program Participation Fee. Merchandise selection, sizing, and availability are determined by Perennial Trends Boutique. Purchases exceeding the $100 credit are the responsibility of the Ambassador’s family.
The Legacy Luxe Ambassador Experience
The Legacy Luxe Ambassador Program is a creative portrait and leadership experience for high-school juniors and seniors who want to collaborate, build confidence, and represent our studio throughout the program.
Program Participation Fee — $395
The participation fee reserves the Ambassador’s place in the program and includes:
• Program orientation and onboarding
• Personal creative planning
• Studio-guided wardrobe and styling support
• A $100 shopping credit toward purchases at Perennial Trends Boutique
• A signature Ambassador Editorial Portrait Experience
• Personal posing and expression guidance
• Opportunities to participate in styled, seasonal, and promotional Portrait Experiences
• Inclusion in eligible studio marketing and Ambassador features
• Referral recognition and Ambassador rewards
• Priority access to senior-experience scheduling
Participation Matters
Additional creative opportunities are based on each Ambassador’s involvement, reliability, communication, and participation throughout the program. Students who remain engaged and consistently fulfill their commitments may receive priority consideration for seasonal concepts, specialty Portrait Experiences, collaborative content, and featured studio campaigns.
The $395 Program Participation Fee covers the Ambassador experience and program involvement. Finished Signature Wall Art, Heirloom Albums, Family Gift Collections, and other artwork are selected and purchased separately during the Design & Ordering Appointment.
A Social Sharing Gallery is provided only for the finished portraits included with or purchased through the family’s artwork order. It does not include every image photographed and is intended for personal online sharing, not printing.

Families may personalize the Ambassador experience with optional enhancements, including:

How the Ambassador Program Works
Apply Online
The student and parent or guardian complete the Ambassador application together.
Parent–Student Consultation
We’ll meet to discuss the program, expectations, creative opportunities, scheduling, and whether the experience is a strong mutual fit.
Acceptance & Enrollment
Selected students receive their acceptance information and complete the Ambassador agreement and $395 Program Participation Fee.
Plan the Experience
I’ll get to know the Ambassador, develop the creative direction, and provide wardrobe and styling guidance—including information about the $100 Perennial Trends Boutique shopping credit.
Participate & Represent
Ambassadors participate in their signature editorial Portrait Experience and may receive additional creative opportunities based on involvement, reliability, and program participation.
Design & Preserve
Families select their finished artwork and any additional portraits during the Design & Ordering Appointment. I then complete the Final Artistic Retouching on every purchased portrait before artwork production and delivery.
The Social Sharing Gallery is created from those finished artwork selections.
Referral Recognition & Ambassador Rewards
Legacy Luxe Ambassadors help introduce other families to a guided, artwork-first Senior Portrait Experience. We recognize that influence through creative opportunities and styling rewards—not sales commissions.
How It Works
• Each Ambassador receives a personalized link to share with friends and families.
• A referral counts when a new client uses the Ambassador’s link and completes a qualifying Senior Portrait Experience reservation.
• Rewards are cumulative and designed to add creative value to the Ambassador’s experience.
