Ambassador Participation Fee

Participation in the Legacy Luxe Senior Ambassador Program requires a $195 Ambassador Participation Fee.

This fee includes:

  • Creative planning and program inclusion

  • A Signature Ambassador Editorial Session

  • Studio time, lighting design, and guided posing

  • Professional retouching of ambassador images

  • Priority access to ambassador scheduling and creative concepts

The Ambassador Participation Fee is separate from the senior portrait booking fee and does not apply toward finished portrait artwork. Full senior sessions and portrait products are purchased separately.

This fee ensures a focused, intentional experience for a limited number of ambassadors each year.

This partnership allows us to create a cohesive, magazine-inspired look on camera—so your portraits feel intentional, confident, and refined.

Styling is thoughtfully coordinated by the studio to support each ambassador’s individual look while maintaining a consistent, elevated aesthetic across the program.

Referral Recognition & Artwork Rewards

As a Legacy Luxe Senior Ambassador, you’re invited to share your experience with friends who value artistry, quality, and a luxury portrait process.

When a referred senior books and completes their own Legacy Luxe portrait experience, ambassadors may earn portrait artwork rewards as a thank-you for representing the studio.

How the Referral Process Works

  • Each ambassador receives a personal referral code or booking link

  • Referrals must book and complete their session to qualify

  • Rewards are applied during the ambassador’s ordering appointment

  • All rewards apply to portrait artwork only

Artwork Rewards

Referral rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be applied toward session or booking fees. Rewards are applied exclusively toward finished portrait artwork.
